1. Delivery Timeline:
Your order delivery consists of two phases:
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping Time: The transit time from our fulfillment center to your destination. This varies based on your selected shipping method and location.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping:
Major Destinations (USA, UK, CA, MX, AU):
UPS Express (3-7 business days)
Standard Shipping (9-15 business days after dispatch)
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $300 (single checkout). Applies to:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau Special Administrative Region, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
3. Critical Address Instructions:
Always submit your FULL delivery address during checkout, including: Country/Region, Province/State, City/Area, Street Address, Building, Apartment/Suite Number (if applicable), and Postal Code/ZIP Code.
US Recipients: Provide a complete physical street address in English.
P.O. Box Restrictions: We cannot guarantee successful delivery to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes may be cancelled. Lemailwig is not responsible for loss, damage, or delivery failure resulting from the use of a P.O. Box shipping address.
All stated delivery times are estimates in business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
For recipients in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao Special Administration Regions, please provide the complete address in Chinese.
For recipients in Taiwan Region, please provide the complete address in Chinese along with the recipient(s)' ID number. Please also make sure that recipient(s) are registered with and approved by EZ WAY.
For recipients in Japan, please provide the complete address in Japanese, including the 7-digit Postal Code, along with an 11-digit mobile phone number (starting with 050, 070, 080, or 090) or 10-digit phone number of the recipient (starting with 0).
For recipients in South Korea, please provide the complete address in Korean, including the 5-digit Postal Code, the recipient(s)' Personal Customs Clearance Code, and an 11-digit mobile phone number of the recipient (starting with 010).
For recipients in Brazil, please include the recipient(s)' personal customs number (CPF) in addition to the full address in English.
