Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers after we ship the parcel out. If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder or contact services01@wig-supplier.com

 

All the items we carry have their own dispatch time that you can review on each product page. For example if shows“Processing Time: Within 3-5 Business Days" we will ship within 5 days of receiving your payment for in stock item.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and additional customs fee upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. For some international destinations, we offer prepaid customs options at checkout. If a package is returned to Lemailwig because the buyer did not claim or pick up the package, we will only provide store credit for the product price; shipping charges will not be included or deducted when free shipping is offered.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers automatically after we shipped out. For optimal service and delivery, Lemailwig offer varieties ship methods. Tracking confirmations will sent from services01@wig-supplier.com. If your tracking confirmation cannot be found, please check your spam folder and add https://lemailwig.com/ to your safe senders domain.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. We cannot issue a refund if the package is lost due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reissue or charge the customer for resend shipping costs via email. Or a store credit code will be sent to the customer for the total amount minus the shipping cost.
